The DDD AND IDD Assistance Program

  "Through DDD services, our organization assists eligible adults with developmental disabilities in accessing essential supports, including community-based programs, daily living assistance, behavioral health resources, and caregiver support. We work alongside individuals and their families to help them navigate the DDD system, coordinate services, and ensure they receive the care and opportunities needed to live as independently and successfully as possible."

 "Our organization provides comprehensive support with IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) youth services, designed to assist both individuals and their families in navigating the challenges of daily living. We offer case management, referrals to community resources, and guidance in accessing state and local programs. Families receive assistance with service coordination, caregiver support, life skills development, and advocacy to ensure that each individual receives the care and opportunities they deserve. By addressing both immediate and long-term needs, we empower individuals with IDD and their families to build stability, independence, and a higher quality of life with also offering high quality schools." 

Qualifying for DDD and IDD Services

(Developmental Disabilities Division & Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities)

Our nonprofit organization offers support services to individuals who qualify under the DDD (Developmental Disabilities Division) and IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) spectrum.

All individuals who fall under the DDD/IDD spectrum are welcome to apply. To receive services:

• An application for services must be submitted.
• Upon acceptance, each client will be assigned a caseworker for a period of 3 months.
• During this time, the caseworker will work closely with the individual and/or their family to help achieve their identified goals.

• Services are provided on a first come, first served basis.
• If our current caseload is full, applicants will be placed on a waiting list until a caseworker becomes available.
